Mr Sheps brick built wood fired Pizza oven was built during the summer of 2008.

It is based on the forno brava design for a pompeei style pizza oven.

It also  has a tandoori oven built on the side.

The oven can get to cooking temperature in aprox. 1 hour (800/900 C)

This means that the pizza's cook in aprox 90 seconds.
